Southeast Regional Representative: Billy Lossiah-Bratt

I'm a proud member of the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Indians and a very active and vocal member of the recovering community both on the reservation and Western North Carolina. Personally, I am in long term recovery from my own addictions with over 7 years of being alcohol and drug free. Lobbying for substance abuse and mental health reform is one of my strongest passions along with ending the stigmatization that many people in recovery experience. I look forward to networking with you to help spread the message of recovery on local, regional and national levels .
