Navigate Recovery Gwinnett

52 Gwinnett Drive, Suite A
Lawrenceville, Georgia

Mission Statement:

OUR MISSION is to serve individuals and families impacted by addiction by connecting them to the support they need and removing barriers that prevent them from getting and staying well.

Services Offered:

We have an addiction recovery support center, SAFE HARBOR, where we provide walk in recovery coaching for peers and family members.

We also have various support groups that were not readily available in our community such as Y12SR, Yoga 12Step Recovery, All Recovery, YGG, Young Grateful Gwinnett, a young persons group that discusses AA, NA and other literature.

We also have social activities on a regular basis and offer Life Skills assistance and training for our community.

Proudest Accomplishments:

We are a “new” nonprofit to our community of almost a million people. It was a bit daunting, just 4 years ago, when we considered the magnitude of delivering our message and making ourselves available to serve so many.

Recently, it seems that we have turned the corner and are getting calls for help and opportunities to speak and serve in every sector of our county. Our message of addiction being a chronic condition, life other healthcare issues, and families impacted being treated with dignity and respect seems to have taken root!

Recently we were invited to a Healthcare Roundtable with many medical providers and addiction and mental health issues sprang to the forefront as one of three medical issues our county wants to address. We are very grateful to be at that table!
