Fawn Montanye

Fawn offers professional and experiential knowledge of recovery-oriented systems of care, non-profit management, grant management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. She is committed to seeing anyone on their journey maintain and enhance all they have efforted to achieve by working with like-minded teams to ensure RCOCs thrive in their communities. Fawn is a natural connector; she enjoys cultivating new relationships and seeing those around her enjoy their lives today. Fawn’s personal commitment to her recovery led her to become a nationally certified CCAR RCA and Ethics trainer and obtain a diverse portfolio of additional peer-based recovery certifications.

Fawn and her teenage children reside in Dorset, Vermont, and strongly believe ‘living in recovery is prevention in action’. Together, they live the mantra; Aspire. Believe. Achieve.
