Fundamentals of Data Collection Webinar + Virtual Learning Community (VLC)
This two-part webinar meets August 11 and August 12, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm Central Time.
Good data does more than satisfy reporting requirements. This webinar and interactive learning community explore practical ways to collect, manage, and use information to better understand outcomes, strengthen services, and demonstrate program value.
Participants will learn the fundamentals of effective data collection for recovery and community-based organizations, covering key data types, collection methods, ethical considerations, and practical tools to improve data quality and support program evaluation, funding, and community impact.
This Virtual Learning Community (VLC) builds on foundational concepts by offering an interactive space to explore real-world data collection challenges, share strategies, and collaboratively develop practical, data-informed solutions to strengthen organizational practices.
This webinar is sponsored by the Center for Addiction Recovery Support (CARS).ย For more information, visit their events calendar.
