Reentry begins with community. Participants of this session will learn to incorporate supportive programs and services to assist re-entering individuals; use community connections to eliminate common barriers around employment, housing, and education opportunities to limit recidivism; and offer resources to enhance recovery capital. It covers the unique challenges people re-entering the community face after incarceration or separation. Participants will develop strategies for providing supportive programs and services to re-entering individuals, and build connections with community partners to enhance recovery capital.
