SUMMARY:[ORN] Advanced RCO Bootcamp
DESCRIPTION:This two-day training is designed for leaders and emerging leaders of Recovery Community Organizations (RCOs) who are ready to deepen their operational strategy and long-term sustainability. \nPlease note that this is an advanced training. To get the most from the experience\, we strongly recommend participants have 2–3 years of leadership experience in a nonprofit\, community-based\, or peer‑led recovery support organization. \nParticipants receive 12 hours of instruction focused on board governance\, fiscal strategy\, data and evaluation\, performance measurement\, strategic planning tools\, and leadership mindset. Through interactive discussion\, case examples\, and applied activities\, attendees will assess organizational capacity and develop strategies for long‑term sustainability and impact.
