Thank you for participating in our orientation for new committee members. We look forward to working more closely together. Please complete this form to confirm which committee(s) you would like to serve on. *If you are still unsure, please contact Patty McCarthy, CEO, to discuss further. Some committees already have scheduled monthly meetings. If you can’t commit to that time/day, don’t let that keep you from joining. We may be able to work around your availability. Once we receive responses, we will begin scheduling the other committees and the quarterly advisory council meetings. Thank you!
