Mission Statement

PCA’s mission is to connect, engage, and educate recovery and peer support stakeholders, their families, and friends throughout Colorado.

Services Offered:

Recovery Coach Training, Certification, Training Trainers, Recovery Coach Professional Designation, Telephone Recovery Support, Annual Sober Pride Dance, Annual Recovery Celebration, Peer Supervision, and Training of Supervisors.

Proudest Accomplishments:

PCA has trained and certified almost 500 Recovery Coaches in eight Colorado Counties and worked with 77  different Colorado organizations.  We have also implemented an online Peer Supervisor Collaborative with participation from several counties in Colorado, intending to leave a footprint for new organizations implementing peers to learn from.

PCA also facilitates an annual Overdose Awareness event which provides the opportunity to educate and advocate for harm reduction. We continue to facilitate the Recovery Clubhouse – a virtual mechanism that houses over 50 meetings weekly including MARA, Wellbriety, Mindfulness in Recovery, Re-entry, LGBTQ groups, and 5 Spanish Language meetings.
