The staff at Faces & Voices of Recovery are based in regions across the nation including: Arizona, Ohio, Oregon, Minnesota, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, New York, Maryland, Maine, Missouri, New Jersey, California, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Vermont. Our Board members are located in: California, Colorado, Florida, New Mexico, District of Columbia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Utah, Minnesota, Massachusetts, Texas, and Washington. Coming from all walks of life and pathways of recovery, collectively we represent the demographically and geographically diverse recovery community.

Executives

Public Affairs

The Public Affairs department is dual-focused – Marketing & Communications and Advocacy & Outreach – with the goal of driving awareness of the organization’s products or services and assisting in giving a voice to those seeking recovery, as an ally, or family members in the recovery movement.

Information Technology

The Informational Technology Department provides services and support to the Recovery Data Platform (RDP) and F&V internal and external clients on multiple platforms.

Operations

The Operations (OPS) Department makes substantial impacts on the production of products and services company wide. OPS works to troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively to keep F&V running smoothly and efficiently.

Programs

The Programs Department provides services and support for the Alliance for Recovery Centered Organizations (ARCO); the Council on Accreditation of Peer Recovery Support Services (CAPRSS), and the National Recovery Institute (NRI).

Our team unites and supports the growing network of local, regional, and statewide recovery-centered organizations and houses the only accrediting body in the US specifically for RCOs and other programs offering addiction Peer Recovery Support Services (PRSS). We also provide peer-run training and technical assistance to increase the knowledge, capacity, and accountability of recovery support providers and recovery-centered organizations throughout the United States and territories.
