Recovery Stories

My name is Trevor and I am a person in long term recovery. To me this means that I haven’t had to put a drink, or drug in my body since January 5th, 2013. It took me 17 years of using, multiple treatments programs, and finally a volunteered 31 months in Drug Court to see my full potential. Today I work for a non profit RCC as a Recovery Coach, I am an advocate for the recovery community, I fight to break the stigma for individuals like me, and most importantly Ive been a father for 11 years, but a dad for 3. I am a full time single father of 3 amazing kids, and I wouldn’t change that for the world.
