Recovery Anne Arundel’s Annual IOAD Memorial Event provides a space for family & friends to come together to mourn the lives lost to overdose, to raise awareness & reduce stigma, and to share the message that overdose death does not discriminate & is preventable. We encourage attendees to bring photos of loved ones.
