Our guest will share their experiences, strategies, and successes in fostering community resilience and empowerment. Join us as we delve into the unique needs and strengths of Queer People of Color in harm reduction, and learn how compassionate, culturally competent support can make a transformative difference.

In this VLC, we will be interviewing Marcus Henry. Marcus is a peer support and outreach specialist at St. Vincent based in Baltimore, Maryland with extensive experience in leading harm reduction, outreach, and health navigation programs tailored for LGBTQ youth, young adults, and homeless populations. Additionally, he’s conducted numerous trauma-informed trainings and collaborated with esteemed organizations such as Johns Hopkins University to enhance LGBTQ cultural competency, community engagement, and public health ecosystems.
