This combination of comprehensive training and technical assistance empowers participants to effectively oversee and manage the operations of their recovery community organizations (RCOs). The curriculum covers a wide array of essential content, ranging from mastering the art of contract negotiation to assuming meaningful and impactful roles within boards, councils, committees, and stakeholder groups. Participants will engage in a dynamic learning community and receive onsite training, giving them valuable insights into diverse critical areas, including policy functions, fiscal management, human resources, risk management, marketing and public relations, and advocacy. They will emerge with a deep understanding of these critical facets of RCO management, well-prepared to navigate the complexities of RCO operations. (3 day training.)
