Faces & Voices of Recovery is proud to host this virtual training sponsored by the State of Indiana.

Through an initiative funded by the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction, Faces & Voices is providing incentives in the amount of $2,000 to recovery organizations in Indiana. To be eligible, organizations must have completed the statewide RCO Assessment Survey and have received their Technical Assistance Plan with a letter of verification from the National Recovery Institute and attend at least six NRI Trainings funded by the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction. RCO Bootcamp is a leadership development program for new and emerging Recovery Community Organization (RCO) directors, program managers, and board members. The Boot Camp covers all the basics to help establish policies and procedures to build the capacity of small non-profit organizations. Breakout sessions focus on governance, sustainability, ethics, strategic planning, and staff development.

This is a two-day 13-hour intensive training.
