To best serve the recovery community, people who use drugs, and those with a substance use disorder it is important that professionals are armed with tools and techniques to make the greatest impact when assisting others on their chosen path to wellness. This session will include modules on eliminating stigma through language, understanding multiple pathways to recovery, and the guiding principles of recovery. Understanding & applying these concepts will help advance recovery opportunities for peers, families, funders, providers, and public health professionals.
