In today’s VLC, we will be interviewing Amber Van Horn. Amber started her career as a peer support specialist and has since become Director of Transgender Services at the Pride Center of Maryland. With a deep commitment to holistically supporting transgender people of color in Baltimore, Amber has led harm reduction programs and outreach initiatives for transgender people of color in addition to conducting numerous trauma-informed and cultural competency trainings.
