A. Lynne Taylor, PhD

A. Lynne Taylor, PhD, ABPP is NHRTAC Specialized Technical Assistance Lead, a board-certified clinical psychologist, and a specialist in stress, trauma, substance use and addictions.  She previously worked as director of outpatient treatment clinics in both the Midwest and New York City.  She has spent the last fifteen years providing direct services and support to people who use drugs, including harm reduction services such as opioid overdose education and naloxone distribution (OEND), as well as Motivational Interviewing and holistic practices such as auricular acupuncture.  Dr. Taylor is also a trained journalist with experience working in television news and healthcare public affairs.
