Recovery Stories

Justina Pfeffer

From hopeless and struggling to finding my best self. My name is Justina Pfeffer, I’m a person in long-term Sustained recovery from Substance Use Disorder. I at one time believed I would always be dependent on a Substance. On July 22nd 2017 the father of my kids passed from a fatal fentanyl poisoning. That day lead me to being here right now. Today I work a very meaningful job, I’m present with my children, I show up, I’m reliable, and most of all I know I’m loved. God came in and changed my life placing people in my life to lift me up out of the darkest times of my life. I’m here to say that whatever your Recovery looks like I pray you find it.
