Faces & Voices of Recovery holds most virtual events over Zoom, a popular app which makes it easy to host interactive meetings.

Prior to joining a call, please take a moment to ensure that:

1. Your app is up-to-date
2. Your internet connection is adequate (note: if your connection is slow or unstable, you can deactivate your video to improve performance)

These steps will help to improve call quality for all attendees and minimize delay in participation.
