Organizational Sustainability will prepare participants to manage their RCOs’ operations effectively. Content ranges from financial sustainability to effective infrastructure, including roles and responsibilities, ethics, and measuring outcomes. It explores meaningful and impactful roles when participating on boards, councils, committees, and stakeholder groups. Participation in this training will help participants better understand ways to sustain their growth, including internal and external policy functions, fiscal management, human resources, risk management, marketing, and public relations advocacy.
