SAMHSA’S EXPERT PANEL ON STRATEGIES FOR PEER-RUN/RECOVERY COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS TO BUILD COLLABORATION & RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL, COUNTY & STATE-LEVEL GOVERNMENTS

The purpose of this paper is to provide background and context for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s (SAMHSA’s) Expert Panel Members to discuss strategies for peer–run organizations and recovery community organizations (POs/RCOs) to build collaborations and relationships with local, county, and state-level governments.
