Melody Lahmann

Melody joined our team in 2023, bringing with her 25+ years of expertise working with and consulting for non-profits in various sectors. After graduating with her Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, she worked in development and financial aid offices in higher education before making a shift to the corporate world, but found herself drawn back to non-profits. Through a series of life events, spent time as a barista (yay coffee!), a bartender and even a substitute teacher for a few years while raising her six children. In addition to her professional pursuits, Melody is passionate about dark roast coffee, cheerleading, the Olympics, our American flag and National Anthem, sunrises over sunsets, singing (usually humming a tune, true to her name), travel (anywhere, really), cabin life, spending time with friends and family and if lost, can always be found at the nearest beach.
