
[ORN] VLC Recovery Support in Opioid Abatement Efforts
This session will explore how federal, state, and local governments are integrating recovery support services into opioid abatement strategies. Participants will examine models that prioritize long-term recovery and community-based solutions. Case studies will highlight effective partnerships and funding mechanisms. The discussion will also address challenges and opportunities in sustaining recovery infrastructure post-settlement.

Chad Jackson
Chad Jackson is a co-founder of Ardan Community Living. Based on his own recovery experience with addiction, he has served as the Executive Director of two different Intensive Outpatient Programs and worked with treatment facilities to get them ready for their Joint Commission Certification. Chad also advises companies on the merits of investing in recovery facilities and helps bring together financing and innovation in the recovery field. Currently, Chad is a Certified Arise Interventionist (CAI) and a Certified Peer Coach in the District of Columbia. He holds a Masters Degree in Addiction Policy and Practice from Georgetown University.
