[ORN] Each One Teach One: Strengthening a Network That Learns from and Teaches One Another
Topic: “Each one, teach one” is a powerful African proverb that emphasizes the importance of knowledge sharing and community empowerment. It originated during a time when enslaved Africans were denied education and literacy. When someone gained knowledge, they felt a responsibility to share it with others, fostering a cycle of learning and growth within the community.
This proverb centers on 3 key ideas: knowledge is a collective responsibility, community development, and growth and empowerment. Our three panelists will represent a range of experience across the cohorts of RCO development.
