Tiffinee Scott is a passionate advocate for health equity, recovery, and community empowerment based in Baltimore, Maryland. With over 30 years of experience in public health and safety, she brings both extensive expertise and the invaluable perspective of a family member in recovery.

She is a Maryland Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, Registered Peer Supervisor, and President of the Maryland Peer Advisory Council (MPAC), a member of the Alliance for Recovery-Centered Organizations (ARCO), and the Recovery Community Organizer for NCADD-MD.

Tiffinee leads initiatives focused on advocacy, leadership, outreach, research, training, and technical assistance. Dedicated to service, she works to strengthen the peer recovery and behavioral health workforce, foster recovery readiness within organizations, and support individuals, families, and communities.

A lifelong learner, Tiffinee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration and Human Services. She has furthered her education at the Harvard Kennedy School, focusing on Leadership and Organizing, and is an adjunct faculty member, and was recently accepted into the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, underscoring her commitment to advancing health policy and equity.

In addition to her leadership roles, Tiffinee actively serves on various committees, leads chapters, and engages in social justice initiatives. Her unwavering dedication to innovation, systemic change, and community empowerment is evident in every aspect of her advocacy and service.
