How to
Submit an Invoice
To ensure speedy and accurate processing of invoices and avoid delays in payment:
- Please fill out all of the required fields completely.
- The description of the services provided should be entered as a line item.
- There is a maximum of five (5) line items allowed per invoice;
- If you are billing for more than five (5) line items, you will have to submit multiple invoices.
- For example, an invoice with 12 line items would have to be submitted on three separate invoices.
We will notify you via email once your invoice is received and being processed.
