[ORN] Advanced RCO Bootcamp
This two-day training is designed for leaders and emerging leaders of Recovery Community Organizations (RCOs) who are ready to deepen their operational strategy and long-term sustainability.
Please note that this is an advanced training. To get the most from the experience, we strongly recommend participants have 2–3 years of leadership experience in a nonprofit, community-based, or peer‑led recovery support organization.
Participants receive 12 hours of instruction focused on board governance, fiscal strategy, data and evaluation, performance measurement, strategic planning tools, and leadership mindset. Through interactive discussion, case examples, and applied activities, attendees will assess organizational capacity and develop strategies for long‑term sustainability and impact. Sessions build on foundational knowledge and emphasize practical application through facilitated discussion, case examples, and guided activities.
This bootcamp is best for leaders ready to step back and focus on their organization, not just in it, and engage in strategic, leadership-level learning.
Funding for this initiative was made possible (in part) by grant no. 1H79TI088037 from SAMHSA.
