Organizational Sustainability will prepare participants to effectively manage the operations of their RCOs. Content ranges from financial sustainability to effective infrastructure, including roles and responsibilities, ethics, and measuring outcomes. It explores meaningful and impactful roles when participating on boards, councils, committees, and stakeholder groups. Participation in this training will help participants gain a greater understanding of ways to sustain their growth, including: internal and external policy functions, fiscal management, human resources, risk management, marketing, and public relations advocacy.
