
Beverly Haberle, MHS, LPC
Bev Haberle served for over 40 years as the Executive Director of The Council of Southeast Pennsylvania, Inc., a non-profit recovery community organization providing advocacy, and addiction recovery solutions. For 23 of those years she also served as the Project Director for Pennsylvania Recovery Organization-Achieving Community Together (PRO-ACT), a pioneering grassroots organization providing peer based recovery support services. In December 2018, Bev retired from both of those roles.
Bev holds a Master’s degree in Human Services, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, and has served as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drugs Counselor, and a Certified Intervention Professional. Bev has served on a number of local, state and national Boards, Coalitions and Committees. She served as Vice Chairwoman for the National Board of Directors for Faces and Voices of Recovery and also Co-Chair of Philadelphia’s Office of Addiction Services Advisory Board ,she continues to volunteer for both organizations. Bev has been recognized as a pioneer in the addiction recovery advocacy movement, recently receiving the 2018 William L. White Distinguished Lifetime Achievement Award Bev is a person in long-term recovery
