Kevin Hyer is a management-side labor/employment lawyer in long term recovery who is also CEO of The Hyer Calling Foundation. THCF is a Center City Philadelphia-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that educates businesses on the benefits of a Recovery-Friendly Workplace and helps highly motivated people in recovery get a 2nd chance at a career through no cost, individualized services not covered by insurance.

Prior to forming THCF in Apr. of 2021 he practiced law at Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel, LLP, Compass Group USA and SEIU Healthcare PA. Faces & Voices Board attorney, Kevin also serves on the Board of the FL Recovery-Friendly Workplace Coalition, Penn State’s School of Labor & Employment Relations faculty advisory board and the Episcopal Diocese of eastern PA’s Addiction Recovery Advocates Network.
