
Rowan Willis-Gorman
Rowan Willis-Gorman is an experienced systems transformation advocate with special interests in young adult peers, the LGBTQ community, and ensuring that everyone receives appropriate and individualized care when they are experiencing suicidal ideation.
Rowan is a part of the C4 Innovations team as a member of Center for Youth Wellbeing. There they work to ensure that voices of lived experiences are at the forefront of all the work being done, whether it be helping to grow the Project Amp program, train and supervise Youth Wellness Coaches, and support states as they redevelop or create new peer curriculums for peer certifications.
Rowan is an experienced facilitator and curriculum developer and has been invited as an expert speaker to numerous expert convenings to share her experiences and knowledge about suicidal ideation, crisis services, and youth voice. Rowan was the previous board president for Youth Move National and is the 2024 Paula Hamburger Child Advocacy Award winner.
