Sharon Dursi Martin is the founding principal of Harmony Academy Recovery High School in Portland, established in 2019. Her work is driven by her belief in the power of education and recovery to transform lives. Sharon joined the ADPC in late 2025,
bringing to the Commission her experience as a school administrator and as a person in long term recovery.

Sharon serves on the Oregon Recovery School Advisory Council and is the Vice Chair of the Association of Recovery Schools. Sharon graduated from the Educational Leadership Program as well as from the Equity Leadership Fellows Program at the University of Oregon. She received her MA in Teaching from Pacific University and a BA from Bryn Mawr College.
