Volunteer Interest

The Faces & Voices of Recovery Board is an exciting and engaged working board. Board members are expected to commit to the role for a minimum of two years, with the opportunity to renew at that terms expiration. Board members are expected to attend a 90-minute monthly virtual board meeting and attend an annual in-person board retreat (1-2 days), in addition to serving on a standing monthly committee meeting, which occur outside of regular board meetings. Board members are expected to be timely and present at every meeting with a maximum of two absences from board meetings per year. Between work within and outside of meetings, hours of commitment would vary between 3-5 hours per month.

Board members are encouraged to participate in fundraising activities, including attending Faces & Voices of Recovery hosted events. Financial obligations are a minimum of $120 year ($10/mo) and the additional pledge to give or get an additional $1,000/year.
