Benefits

Professional development and peer workforce training benefits everyone in an organization and is an effective human resource asset to improve staff retention. In addition to improved performance and accountability, organizations that offer ongoing staff development opportunities enjoy improved loyalty and retention.

We approach professional and organizational development in a variety of ways, depending on organizational need. These include consultation, learning communities, on-site and virtual training, and on-site and virtual technical assistance.

Training

Because we work with many types of recovery support organizations, we offer a varied menu of on-site and virtual training for agencies, organizations, and groups.

For improving skills and taking organizational performance to the next level, a live training event makes an immediate impact. Intense interaction with peers, in-the-moment questioning of experts, and seeing the real-life application of information in real time is positively empowering for staff.

If your organization has a specific training need not on our current menu, we will design a curriculum and a delivery format just for you.
